Living in Felarya: Chapter 2Living in Felarya: Chapter 2
Meeting the Family
“Um... I’m not so sure about this Subby” Gray said to his giant fairy friend. “Are you a hundred percent sure that they’re not gonna eat me?”
“I already told you, as long as you’re with me, nothing will happen to you. You’re my friend and my friends don’t eat friends of friends” Subeta Replied.
Gray still wasn’t so sure about it after the trauma he had gone through earlier with the little intruder situation, even though Subeta apologized and claimed she didn’t know he was watching. But he was beginning to trust her more and more and just hoped to Heaven and Hell that she really could protect him from the other predators.
Gray and Subeta arrived at her friend’s territory and all Gray could do was look up. What he saw absolutely amazed him. It was the Giant Tree. He had heard about it, but he'd never actually seen it, not even in a picture. He had always ima

Living with a Predator
Subeta carried Gray deep into the jungle. Much deeper than Gray was comfortable with, but he was beginning to trust Subeta more and more. She landed in front of a small cave opening. She told Gray that she had to put clothes on before they entered. She shrunk down to her five foot size and put on a pair of pink sweatpants, a light blue t-shirt, and even undergarments. Gray was a little confused as to why she had to do this but he definitely wasn’t against it. He was feeling a little uncomfortable being around the "all natural" fairy.
“How do I look?” she asked.
“Despite the wings and antennas, pretty human” Gray replied.
He and Subeta entered the cave and Subeta grabbed his hand . Gray couldn’t see his hand in front of his face even if he was holding it three inches in front of him. He had no idea how Subeta was able to find her way around so easily. Gray felt his way along the wall before coming to

The Boy Who was Raised by Cats
Two creatures ran swiftly through the immense jungle. The warm evening sun shone through the treetop canopy nearly a thousand feet above. Titanic trees sprouted up from the ground every which way, towering over the two. They weren’t running from something, which wasn’t very common in the dangerous world they lived in, but were actually running for fun. A young male human and young female Neko were chasing each other among the thick tree roots and overgrown ferns in a game of tag! The human was named Gray. He was pretty tall for being only 17 years old, nearly six and a half feet! He had long dark blonde hair that reached down his cheeks and neck, covering his ears and sticking to his forehead in the humid jungle. He was of an average build, with long legs and very slight muscle definition. His face had a few scuffs and small scars from injuries he'd received throughout his life. He was dressed in an army camouflag

Gray’s eyes opened slowly. The bright morning sun shone through the seam in his curtains directly onto his bed. He looked over to his right and saw that Alexis was still cuddled up tight to him which, combined with the harsh sun, was a bit too warm for him. He wriggled and squirmed as he tried to free himself from her grasp without waking her. After a good while of struggling, he finally managed to sit up on the side of the bed with Alexis still sleeping soundly. He stretched his arms back and let out a deep yawn before he stood up and made his way out of his room. He rubbed his eye like a tired raccoon as he opened the door to the bathroom and stepped inside, doing his best to wake the whole house up. Gray was an early riser, and almost always the first one up in the family.
The bathroom was just a small room with wood walls, a crank sink carved into of the wall and wooden bathtub that had to be filled manually. There was a rather primitive
